I mean really. Does it get any better than salmon? AND cream? That’s not rhetorical. The answer is no,  it does not. I have made this recipe a hundred times. I absolutely love salmon and it doesn’t hurt that it’s SO good for you. We landlocked folks are terrible at getting the recommended amount of Omega 3’s. I like to pair my salmon with a side of pasta. I toss linguini with some extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Yum! If the SO (significant other) isn’t a fish fan, swap out the salmon with a nice bone in ribeye.
